Acceptance of Terms

Membership & Payments
Monthly membership dues of €10 are processed securely via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing by the organisation. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.

Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details or allow others to access your account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to: submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other members.

All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Ghana Union Letterkenny and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Ghana Union Letterkenny shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
