Effective from the date communicated by the Executive Committee, all registered members shall contribute a monthly due of Ten Euros (€10). This contribution constitutes an essential obligation of membership and is intended to support:

• Administrative and operational expenses of the Union
• Welfare and emergency assistance initiatives
• Community engagement and cultural programs
• Development projects approved by the General Membership
• Long-term sustainability and growth of the Union

The Union has established a secure online payment platform accessible exclusively through the official membership portal. Each registered member is provided with a personal dashboard, through which dues may be remitted and payment records securely maintained. Access to this portal is restricted to verified members in order to protect privacy, ensure accountability, and promote financial transparency.

All funds collected shall be managed in accordance with the Union’s constitution and financial regulations, subject to oversight by the appropriate officers and reporting mechanisms approved by members.

The Executive Committee encourages every member to embrace this initiative not merely as a financial contribution, but as a shared investment in the strength, solidarity, and future of our Ghanaian community in Letterkenny. Through collective responsibility and active participation, we continue to build a Union grounded in trust, support, and unity.
